The Beginning
Farm Fusion Café was born from a desire to strengthen communities through nourishing food.
Hurricane Helene
Our vision was refined while cooking for hurricane victims in Swannanoa, believing that food could address trauma.
Soup to touch the soul
We created a soup described as "more than delicious" - one that makes you feel better when you eat it.
Looking Forward
Now developing a powdered version for easier preparation and distribution, currently in process approval.

Meet Caroline
Founder and chef of Farm Fusion Café, Caroline Buchanan was raised in Florida and has spent the last 16 years in North Carolina. She has studied alternative medicines and enhanced nutrition while practicing massage for 35 years and raising 4 amazing humans to adulthood.
A visionary rooted in practicality, Caroline blends foods not yet utlilzed by mainstream chefs such as stinging nettle, Calendula and Blue Oyster Mushrooms, creating meals our bodies recognize as something they have needed but not before experienced.
